I was up to 265 pounds, found out how to lose weight without being hungry back in July.

Before I lost all this weight, I had a lot of back pain, high blood pressure and borderline diabetic.

I was happy when I got down to 235, then 200.

My goal is to get down to a healthy 170 pounds.

A week ago, I weighed 198 pounds. Today I weigh 195.

I don't have high blood pressure anymore and nowhere near diabetic. I jog almost everyday and do stretches. That's about all the exercise I do, besides swim about once a month.

Life is great for those who know how to live.
